中哈合作：哈萨克斯坦首都轻轨交通（LRT）项目员工将赴华培训，提升运营维护能力
哈萨克国际通讯社 04 月 01 日讯，为提高 LRT 系统的运营、维护和检修能力，29 名 LRT 员工将前往中国接受实践培训和实习。
据 LRT 项目运营方首都城市运输系统公司（City Transportation Systems/CTS）消息，此次赴中国培训属于员工培训计划的第二阶段。
在此之前，LRT 员工已在阿斯塔纳完成第一阶段培训，期间他们接受了理论课程并通过了相关测试。
根据安排，中国培训计划将持续至 2025 年 9 月 1 日，由哈萨克斯坦方面的阿斯塔纳市和中国天津市共同组织。
培训课程由天津地铁和郑州铁路职业技术学院的专家授课，重点培养 LRT 系统的运营、维护及故障排除等专业技能。
官方数据显示，在 2024 年 11 月至 2025 年 1 月期间，共有 140 人申请参加该培训项目，最终 29 名候选人通过选拔，平均年龄为 33 岁。
培训内容涵盖城市轨道交通基础知识、系统关键组件以及紧急情况下的应对策略。
该培训计划是在 LRT 建设 EPC 合同框架下实施的，承包方为 China Railway Asia-Europe Construction Investment 公司。
