英媒：英国外交大臣指“乌克兰有权超越国界自卫”
英国天空新闻(Sky News)官网5月30日报道：英国外交大臣詹姆斯·克莱弗利表示，乌克兰拥有自卫的“合法权利”，可以在境外“投射武力”(James Cleverly said Ukraine has the "legitimate right" to defend itself and can "project force" beyond its borders)。
报道说，在回答《天空新闻》安全与国防编辑黛博拉·海恩斯关于“今天上午莫斯科无人机袭击以及乌克兰是否有权袭击俄罗斯领土”的问题时，英国外交大臣表示，他不会猜测袭击的性质。但他表示，基辅拥有“自卫的合法权利”。
报道说，克莱弗利在爱沙尼亚的一次新闻发布会上续说道：“当然，(乌克兰)有在本国境内这样做的合法权利，但它也有权在境外部署武力，以破坏俄罗斯向乌克兰本土部署武力的能力”("It has the legitimate right to do so within its own borders of course, but it does also have the right to project force beyond its borders to undermine Russia's ability to project force into Ukraine itself”)。
